The GMF philosophy is the next generation of architectural design using the Frank Lloyd Wright concept that structure and space must be integrated with their environment. We create highly unique and timeless custom designs that assist our clients’ productivity and corporate branding. Our expertise allows us to deliver cost-effective architectural solutions, emphasizing energy efficiency and lower long-term maintenance costs, with the ability to “fast track” projects. GMF was formed in 1977 by Gerald M. Fedorchak, Sr., formerly of Skidmore Owings Merrill and the Shaver Partnership, where he was in charge of international design. After years with these very large companies, he decided to open his own firm with a very limited number of highly professional designers. This benefits the client because only the highest level architects focus on their specific project.
Our architectural services have spanned the globe and a multitude of clientele. Worldwide exposure includes London, England; Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; Kuwait; The Hague; and Cebu, Philippines. Client exposure is vast and includes everything from bank headquarters to sports arenas, schools to industrial complexes, and churches to homes.
Our architectural experience includes several distinct highlights:
